Willkie is advising American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) on its acquisition of Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A. (“Everest Colombia”), Everest Group Ltd.’s (NYSE: EG) insurance subsidiary in Colombia.
