Willkie represented Service Compression, a leading provider of natural gas compression services, in the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Axip Energy Services, LP.
Service Compression acquired the assets of Axip, a provider of natural gas compression services to upstream and midstream customers, in a court-supervised Chapter 11 sale process pursuant to a stalking horse agreement. The transaction advances Service Compression's strategy to build a scaled, technology-enabled, full-service compression platform.
