Willkie advised Jacmel Partners and its portfolio company Virtual Technologies Group (VTG) on VTG’s acquisition of Vector Tech Group, a regional provider of customized and integrated IT solutions to businesses and other organizations.
On March 3, VTG, a leading IT, security and cloud services firm, announced that it acquired Vector Tech, expanding VTG's footprint in the Midwest and enhancing its existing array of IT services with a complementary, high-growth suite of services.
Willkie previously advised Jacmel and VTG on the acquisition in 2024 of Quotient, Inc., a provider of customized IT solutions to U.S Federal agencies.
Jacmel Partners is a minority-owned alternative investment firm dedicated to partnering with private companies and investing in projects that strengthen the nation's infrastructure.
