Willkie represented Insight Partners as lead investor in a $60 million Series C funding round for Rocketlane, an AI-powered Professional Services Automation company.
On March 25, Rocketlane announced that it raised $60 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners. Rocketlane will use the new capital in part to accelerate development of its recently launched agentic execution platform, Nitro. Unlike traditional PSA and project management tools that track work and generate dashboards, Nitro deploys AI agents that identify risks early, rebalance resources in real time, and execute repeatable billable tasks.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Haddad and Stephanie Moran and included associate D’Andrey Miller and law clerk Madeline Alagia.
