Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in a $50 million Series C funding round for GitGuardian, a leading secrets and Non-Human Identity (NHI) security platform.
GitGuardian recently announced that it raised $50 million in Series C financing to advance its position as a market leader for NHI and AI agents security for large enterprises. The funding round was led by Insight Partners and included participation from Quadrille Capital as well as numerous existing investors.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio, Stephanie Moran and Georges Balit and included associates Hugo Kerbib and Kenza Faress.
