Venn is an investment analytics solution that delivers advanced, multi-asset capabilities in portfolio analytics, modeling, and scenario analysis.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its acquisition of Solovis, a leading multi-asset class portfolio management and analytics platform for institutional investors, from Nasdaq, Inc. in October 2025.
