Willkie is representing IK Partners in its acquisition of Rhétorès Group, a fast-growing French independent financial advisor focused on high-net-worth individuals.
IK recently announced that it signed an agreement through its IK X Fund to acquire Rhétorès from the company’s founders and management team as well as Activa, which is significantly reinvesting in the firm.
IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investments in the Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics and the UK.
The Willkie team was led by partners Eduardo Fernandez and Hugo Nocerino with associates Sarah Bibas and Floriane Teillet.
