Willkie advised Capital Four on financing Levine Leichtman Capital Partners' (LLCP) investment in ENTRO Service GmbH, a service provider for access solutions, fire protection systems, and security systems across Germany.
LLCP recently announced that it partnered with the founders of ENTRO Service and its management team to acquire a majority interest in ENTRO Service. Capital Four provided debt financing for the investment.
Capital Four is an industry-leading credit asset manager headquartered in Copenhagen.
