Willkie represented EnCap Flatrock Midstream in the formation of and equity commitment in Aspen Midstream II.
Aspen Midstream II will pursue midstream infrastructure opportunities across North America, primarily targeting natural gas transmission and last-mile solutions to support unprecedented gas demand growth.
