Willkie advised Lansweeper, a global leader in Technology Asset Intelligence, in the acquisition of Redjack, a pioneer in asset discovery using network traffic analysis.

Through Lansweeper’s integration of Redjack’s passive, traffic-based discovery, and application dependency mapping, the acquisition is expected to enhance Lansweeper’s platform to give security teams complete visibility into every asset that touches the network.

The transaction encompasses Redjack’s technology, customers, partner ecosystem and workforce. The combined portfolio delivers broader asset visibility and full application dependency mapping, detecting any device that communicates on, to, or from a network while revealing how those assets interconnect to support enterprise applications. These capabilities complement Lansweeper’s existing network, cloud, and agent-based discovery.

Lansweeper is a leader in Technology Asset Intelligence, fostering seamless collaboration across IT, security, and finance teams. The Lansweeper deal team included Roel Decneut (CSO), John Madden (CFO), Valerie Van Remoortel (Vice President of Finance), and Charlotte Vansteenkiste (Legal Director), who worked closely across functions to support the transaction.

Redjack provides total asset and dependency visibility and AI-powered business insights for cyber resilience.

The Willkie team was led by partners Matthew Guercio and Stephanie Moran, and included associates George Stephens, Luke Dechiario and Hunter Prost.
