Willkie advised Eden Capital on its portfolio company Edcetera’s acquisition of Pulse Radiology Institute, an online radiology school offering a fully licensed Associate Degree in Science with a specialization in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
On August 18, Edcetera, a provider of career education programs spanning expert-led online exam preparation, continuing education, and pre-licensure training, announced its acquisition of Pulse Radiology Institute. The acquisition expands Edcetera’s offerings into degree-granting programs and further establishes it as a leading end-to-end provider of training and education in health care, skilled trades, and licensed professions.
Willkie previously advised Edcetera in its acquisitions of Pulse Radiology,a pre-licensure and continuing education provider for Radiologic Technologists, and PrepFE, an exam prep company for engineers.
