Datasite is a global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A, investment and strategic projects. Its acquisition of Grata and ongoing investment in the company will accelerate the growth of its deal sourcing and market intelligence tools.
Willkie previously advised Datasite on its acquisition in 2024 of Sherpany, a board reporting and meeting management software provider. The firm has also advised CapVest on numerous transactions, including the recapitalization Datasite in 2024, which valued the company in excess of $3 billion.
