New York, NY, May 5, 2025 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced today that antitrust lawyer Georg Weidenbach has joined the Firm as a partner in Germany. Antitrust lawyer Jan Vollkammer will also join Willkie as counsel in Germany in the coming weeks.

The arrival of Georg and Jan follow the addition of prominent antitrust litigation partners Dr. Rüdiger Lahme and Dr. Andreas Ruster, who joined Willkie Germany earlier this year. 

Georg focuses on European and German antitrust law, regularly advising clients on complex merger control cases, cartel investigations and related cartel damage claims, compliance programs and audits, antitrust related distribution and abuse of dominance matters. Georg has been recognized by leading German directories for his antitrust and litigation practice. He teaches antitrust law at the EBS Law School and the University of Münster. 

Jan advises clients on European and German antitrust and foreign investment law, including merger control, foreign investment control, cartel investigations and related cartel damage claims, compliance programs, antitrust related distribution and abuse of dominance matters. He is recognized as a rising star in antitrust law by legal and German media outlets.
