On December 6, Willkie client Second Nature Brands, a leading creator of snacks and treats and portfolio company of CapVest Partners LLP, announced its acquisition of Brownie Brittle from Encore Consumer Capital.
Second Nature Brands is a leader in the fast-growing snacks and treats market, focusing on the nutritional and lifestyle needs of health-conscious consumers. The acquisition of brownie snack brand Brownie Brittle expands Second Nature Brands’ portfolio into baking.
Willkie previously advised CapVest Partners on numerous transactions, including its acquisitions of Second Nature Brands and Natra, a European producer and distributor of chocolates and cocoa products.
