Willkie advised Investec Bank plc as lender on the acquisition financing.
On February 23, international private equity firm Bregal Investments announced that funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, its unit focused on investments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Northern Italy, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Theobald Software GmbH.
Willkie advised Investec Bank plc as lender on the financing of the acquisition.
Stuttgart-based Theobald Software GmbH is a leading global provider of intelligent interfaces for the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems into Microsoft environments and third-party systems for BI/analytics, as well as databases, analytics platforms and cloud solutions.
Investec partners with private, institutional, and corporate clients, offering international banking, investment, and wealth management services in two principal markets, South Africa and the UK, as well as certain other countries.
