Adam is based in Willkie’s New York office.

“Adam is a talented attorney with significant in-house experience advising on complex international commercial and investment banking transactions,” said Thomas French, partner and Chair of the firm's Structured Finance & Derivatives Practice Group. “He has sophisticated market experience in the structured finance arena and is well-regarded for bridging the gap between dealmakers and counsel to meet organizational goals. He will greatly enhance our structured finance offerings to clients and we are thrilled to welcome him to Willkie.”

Most recently, he was Deputy General Counsel and Managing Director at Natixis, a French investment bank, where he managed a team of lawyers covering transactional matters for the company’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, including structured credit (CLOs and ABS), debt and equity capital markets, fund finance, leveraged finance, project finance, aircraft finance, energy and commodities finance, commercial real estate lending, an SEC-registered CMBS shelf, and asset-backed commercial paper conduit program. Prior to his tenure at Natixis, he worked as an associate at an international law firm, and as a senior legislative financial analyst for the New York City Council.

Adam commented: “Willkie’s premier corporate and transactional platform and solution-oriented approach is an excellent fit for my practice. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to provide our clients with the best commercial legal advice and client service.”
