Willkie advised Inceptiv on the formation of its approximately $130 million third-party manager seeding fund.
Willkie advised Inceptiv Management, LP, a Los Angeles-based investment firm, on the final closing of Inceptiv Platform I, LP with more than $130 million of commitments. Inceptiv Platform I, LP is Inceptiv’s inaugural flagship fund raised to back independent sponsors and fundless GPs, and to seed new managers. Inceptiv Platform I, LP intends to provide balance sheet and working capital to investment managers pursuing private equity or real estate-related strategies, while owning revenue shares, profits, equity or equity-like interests in such investment managers or their affiliates.
