Willkie represented BofA Securities as financial advisor to South Jersey Industries on the transaction.

South Jersey Industries, Inc. (SJI) and the Infrastructure Investments Fund (IIF) announced on February 24 that IIF would acquire SJI in an all-cash transaction reflecting an enterprise value of approximately $8.1 billion.

Willkie represented BofA Securities as financial advisor to SJI on the transaction.

SJI is an energy infrastructure holding company that delivers energy services to customers through two primary subsidiaries focused respectively on regulated natural gas utility operations and renewable energy operations.

IIF is an approximately $20 billion private investment vehicle advised by a dedicated infrastructure investment group within J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.
