Willkie advised BigHand in its acquisition of Iridium, a legal business intelligence and analytics software provider.
On February 2, Willkie client BigHand Ltd., a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, announced its acquisition of Iridium Technology from Polaris Growth Fund.
BigHand is a leading legal technology software platform designed to improve the workflow, productivity and profitability at law firms worldwide. The acquisition enhances its offerings with Iridium’s legal business intelligence and analytics software.
Willkie previously advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in its acquisition of BigHand Ltd.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC is a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $8.9 billion of assets under management and a 38-year track record of investing across various targeted sectors, including franchising, business services, education and engineered products.
