Willkie recently advised private equity firm NPM Capital on its agreement to acquire Infinitas Learning, one of Europe's leading providers of innovative products and services for education, teaching and learning. The acquisition will drive Infinitas' international growth in Europe through continued investment in digital products with a focus on developing personalized learning solutions for students and teachers.
Infinitas’ innovative products and services reach more than five million students with blended learning propositions that include the full range of interactive online learning and digital education solutions. Based in Utrecht. Netherland, the Infinitas Learning group has approximately 600 employees and includes Noordhoff (Netherlands), Liber (Sweden) and Plantyn (Belgium) and Infinitas Product & Technology (Netherlands).
