Willkie advised IK Investment Partners on its announced investment, alongside Luxempart, Eurazeo and Amundi, in iM Global Partner, a global network dedicated to asset management.

On February 18, Willkie client IK Investment Partners announced its investment, alongside Luxempart, Eurazeo and Amundi, in iM Global Partner. Eurazeo sold part of its stake in iM Global Partner to IK Investment Partners and Luxempart, subject to the approval of the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

Willkie also advised Eurazeo on the financing of its capital reorganization.

iM Global Partner is a worldwide asset management network that selects and builds long-term partnerships with independent asset management companies through direct capital ownership The company, which is present in 11 locations across Europe and the United States, offers a wide range of investment solutions that includes the OYSTER range (a Luxembourg SICAV) as well as Mutual Funds and ETFs dedicated to US investors. iM Global Partner represents over $19 billion of assets under management as at December 2020.
