On December 3, Willkie client HungerRush™, a CapStreet portfolio company, announced that it has acquired OrdrAI™, a leading text and voice ordering provider for the restaurant industry. This acquisition will extend the capabilities of the HungerRush Restaurant Management System through the addition of a text-to-order solution.
Houston-based HungerRush is a provider of integrated point of sale software solutions for restaurant and other hospitality merchants in the United States. OrdrAI is a Michigan-based provider of natural language software for food-ordering. The CapStreet Group is a Houston-based private equity firm that invests in owner-managed, lower middle market companies.
The Willkie deal team was led by partners Angela Olivarez and Bruce Herzog.
