Willkie is among seven firms named to the shortlist.
Willkie’s London Competition team was named a finalist in the 2020 Legal Business Awards for Competition Team of the Year.
The shortlist includes law firm teams based in either the UK or Brussels that demonstrated crucial antitrust advice on a specific case, transaction or investigation, or were instrumental in steering a client through a regulatory minefield.
Willkie was recognized for its role in successfully representing Expedia in the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority’s 18-month investigation into online hotel booking sites in the UK, specifically into the display of ranking results and the comparison of offers.
The Legal Business Awards honor firms and lawyers across a range of practice areas, with 20+ judges evaluating over 500 entries in 25 categories.
