The publication recognized Willkie’s leading role in technology, media and telecommunications transactions, including in middle-market private equity, where it advised on many tech-related investments and growth equity deals, as well as in M&A, fund formation, financing and capital markets deals. The article highlights numerous tech deals Willkie led over the past year in the software, cloud computing, data management, AI, fintech and automotive tech industries, among others.
