Willkie advised the London Stock Exchange-listed company in connection with a placing of 39,568,089 new common shares.
Willkie recently represented Lancashire Holdings Limited in connection with the placing of 39,568,089 new common shares at a price of 700 pence per share. The placing raised gross proceeds of approximately £277 million.
The placing shares represented approximately 19.5% of the existing issued common share capital of Lancashire prior to the placing. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Citigroup Global Markets Limited acted as joint book-runners in connection with the placing.
The transaction was led by partners Joseph Ferraro and Jennifer Tait.
