On August 5, it was announced that SurveyMonkey (Nasdaq: SVMK), a leading global survey software company, entered into an agreement to acquire customer experience management company GetFeedback, Inc. The acquisition of GetFeedback, a subsidiary of Campaign Monitor (an Insight Partners portfolio company), is a strategic move for SurveyMonkey to help enterprise customers accelerate their ability to act on deep customer insights. Willkie represented GetFeedback, Campaign Monitor and Insight Partners in the transaction.
