Willkie represented CIP Capital in its acquisition of People 2.0 Global, LP, a leading business process outsourcer in the human capital services sector.
Willkie client CIP Capital recently acquired People 2.0 Global, L.P., a leading provider of certain employer of record, agency of record, payroll and benefits services to the end-users of its clients in the staffing industry.
People 2.0 Global’s comprehensive back-office resources enable organizations in the staffing sector to lower cost, reduce risk and expand their reach, while empowering market makers in talent acquisition and contingent workforce management segments to deploy workers directly in major global markets. CIP Capital is a private equity firm focused on platform investments in growth-oriented, middle-market companies across the Business Information and Tech-Enabled Services sectors.
The deal was led by partners Matthew Rizzo, Jessica Sheridan and David Tarr and associates Annie Heiss and Augie Donati.
