Paris office represents 21 Invest France on the fundraising of 21 Centrale Partners V, a fund dedicated to mid-market.
Willkie client 21 Invest France (formerly 21 Centrale Partners) reached €230 million for its final closing of its fifth fund, 21 Centrale Partners V. A co-investment programme designed for the fund’s LPs, will allow an investment capacity of around €300 million on the market.
The fund has brought together a diversified group of top-tier European and US institutional investors and family offices.
The deal was handled by partner Nathalie Duguay with the assistance of associates Raphaël Bloch and Barbara Botbol.
