Willkie represents more than 150+ U.S. and international private equity sponsors as well as thousands of portfolio companies and management teams. The award is in recognition of Willkie’s notable cross-border deals and private equity transactional work across its offices in Europe. The awards reception took place on November 1, 2018 in London.
