Ms. Strickland will be inducted to the 30th Class of Fellows on March 15, 2019.
Partner Rachel Strickland, Co-Chair of Willkie’s Business Reorganization & Restructuring Department, was recently elected as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. The College “recognizes exceptional bankruptcy professionals for their work, their contributions to the administration of justice, their public service and their integrity.” Organized in 1989, the College “employs the talents, resources and good will of its Fellows to promote professional excellence, collegiality, scholarship and access to justice.” Ms. Strickland will be inducted to the 30th Class of Fellows on March 15, 2019.
