Willkie represents Time Manufacturing Company in its acquisition of Aspen Aerials.
Willkie advised Time Manufacturing Company, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, a Houston-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Aspen Aerials, Inc.
Aspen Aerials is a leading manufacturer of high reaching, stable, and durable specialty equipment used to inspect the safety and integrity of bridges. The company’s products allow technicians to examine bridges from above, alongside or below and it has developed innovative stability management technology that allows their truck-mounted bridge inspection equipment to operate without the need for outriggers.
Time Manufacturing Company is a global leader in the manufacture of vehicle-mounted aerial lift equipment under the Versalift brand. The company also sells aerial lifts through a mix of company-owned distributors and via a network of third-party dealerships worldwide and provides associated rental and servicing offerings to customers in the United States.
