EveryAction, a leading provider of software for nonprofits and campaigns, recently announced a partnership with Willkie client Insight Venture Partners, whereby Insight will provide capital for the company's next phase of growth.
EveryAction offers a suite of best-in-class Digital, Fundraising and Organizing SaaS products, all in one unified customer relationship management (CRM) platform that serves large and small nonprofits and campaigns. Through its innovative features, like one-click contributions from email, EveryAction allows clients to optimize their interactions with supporters and other constituents. EveryAction clients raise billions of dollars, send billions of emails, and recruit millions of supporters.
Insight Venture Partners is a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software companies. Insight has raised more than $23 billion and invested in over 300 companies, as well as more than 200 M&A transactions for its portfolio companies. Last month Willkie represented Insight in closing its $6.3 billion Fund X, its largest fund to date.
The Willkie team on the current transaction was led by partners Gordon Caplan and Matthew Guercio.
