On March 14, 2018, Willkie client The CapStreet Group, a private equity firm that invests in growing lower middle market companies, completed the majority recapitalization of Cash Register Sales and Service of Houston, Inc. and its affiliated businesses to form CRS Solutions Holdings, LLC (“CRS”). CRS is a technology-enabled provider of comprehensive point-of-sale solutions to established single and multi-unit operators in the restaurant, retail and other hospitality end markets.
The Willkie deal team was led by partners Bruce Herzog and Angela Olivarez, and included associates Garrett Johnston, Ryan Cicero and Colin Mize.
