The company completed ten strategic acquisitions under Sterling's ownership, before its sale to Oak Hill Capital Partners. Willkie advised Safe Feet on numerous recent acquisitions, including MobileView, COBAN Technologies, Rear View Safety and FleetMind Solutions, among others.
