Paris office represents Abénex Capital on the fundraising of its fifth private equity fund, Abénex V.
Willkie client Abénex Capital (formely ABN Amro Capital France) recently announced the final closing of its fifth private equity fund, Abénex V. Abénex V has raised over €425 million, reaching its hard cap and surpassing its previous fund Abénex IV, which had raised €300 million. The fund has brought together a diversified group of French and foreign investors.
Abénex Capital supports companies (with enterprise values ranging between €30 million and €500 million) by acquiring minority or majority stakes with a minimum value of €10 million.
The deal was handled by partner Nathalie Duguay with the assistance of associate Raphaël Bloch.
