Willkie recently advised Insight Venture Partners and portfolio company WorkForce Software in connection with WorkForce’s acquisition of Workplace. Workplace is the leading cloud-based employee scheduling solution for retail and hospitality, with offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.
