Willkie advised on the formation of Miami Glory, which recently competed at the initial competition of the newly formed Global Champions League.

Willkie represented Georgina Bloomberg in the formation of Miami Glory, an international equestrian show jumping team that recently competed at the initial competition of the newly formed Global Champions League. Ms. Bloomberg serves as team owner of Miami Glory and a rider for the team. The inaugural Global Champions League season includes 15 show jumping competitions in locations around the globe, including Monaco, Miami Beach, Shanghai, Vienna, Paris and Qatar.

Professional equestrian Ms. Bloomberg has won over 50 Grand Prix titles and competed on 10 Nation Cup teams for the United States. In 2008, she was long-listed for the U.S. Olympic equestrian team and is currently ranked 15th in the U.S. Olympic Team.

Advising Ms. Bloomberg on the team’s formation were partners Danielle Scalzo, Robert Stebbins, Hillel Jacobson and David McCabe; and associates Timothy Porter and Amir Ghavi.
