Partner Marc Abrams was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the American College of Bankruptcy (ACB), an honorary public service association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals who are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of professionalism plus service to the profession and their communities. Consisting of approximately 800 Fellows, ACB’s highly respected membership comprises judges, lawyers, international fellows, accountants, corporate turnaround professionals, government officials and other leaders in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency.
Mr. Abrams previously served on ACB’s Board of Regents, which is responsible for the nomination and selection of qualified candidates to fellowship in the College.
