Willkie represents HealthcareSource, the leading provider of talent management solutions for the healthcare industry, in its agreement to be acquired by private equity firm Francisco Partners.
On April 28, it was announced that Francisco Partners, a global technology-focused private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Willkie client HealthcareSource, the leading provider of talent management solutions for the healthcare industry. Insight Venture Partners was the majority owner of HealthcareSource, which is based on Woburn, Mass and has more than 2,500 healthcare clients. The company’s cloud-based talent management solutions include applicant tracking, behavioral assessments, reference checking, employee performance, compensation, competency and learning management, and eLearning courseware.
The deal was handled by partners Gordon Caplan, Morgan Elwyn and Thomas Mark.
