Willkie advises private equity firm in its minority investment in Chicago-based primary care centers.
Willkie represented private equity client Quantum Strategic Partners in its minority investment in Oak Street Health. Oak Street operates seven primary care centers in the Chicago metropolitan area for seniors who have Medicare. The company plans to use the money to expand in the Chicago and Midwest markets. The Willkie team included partners Maurice Lefkort and Richard Reinhold, and associates Brad Friedman, Kal Dargan and Tristan Freeman.
