Mr. Tarr joins firm as a partner in the New York office, effective December 1, 2014.
Willkie is pleased to announce that David Tarr has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department and will be a member of the Banking/Debt Finance Practice Group. Mr. Tarr focuses on finance transactions, with an emphasis on leveraged and acquisition finance. He represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured transactions.
