Mr. Holdsworth joins firm as a partner in the New York office, effective September 2, 2014.
Willkie is pleased to announce that Mark. A. Holdsworth has joined the firm as a partner in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Department in the New York office. Mr. Holdsworth focuses on the employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, restructurings, spin-offs and other corporate transactions. His work also includes designing equity-based compensation plans and employment, retention, consulting, termination, severance and change-in-control agreements.
