Ms. Delanoy is one of ten attorneys nationwide to be named "Rising Star" in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Partner Laura Delanoy was profiled as part of Law360’s "Rising Stars" series, which features top legal talent under 40. After a formal nomination and selection process conducted by a team of eight Law 360 editors, involving more than 1000 candidates, Ms. Delanoy was one of only ten attorneys nationwide to be named a "Rising Star" in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions. Winners were selected based on the strength of their accomplishments in their respective practice groups thus far in their careers. Law360 notes that the winners’ "legal accomplishments belie their age."

The profile, published on April 24, lauds Ms. Delanoy for "her work on some of the most unique and complex transactions" over the past year. Law360 highlights some of Ms. Delanoy’s most notable recent achievements, including her role in Men’s Wearhouse Inc.’s table-turning $1.8 billion acquisition of Jos. A. Bank, the $28 billion sale of iconic ketchup maker H.J. Heinz Co. and the $660 million sale of Homesite to American Family Insurance. The profile, which includes an interview with Ms. Delanoy, also discusses her achievements serving on Willkie’s Women’s Professional Development Committee.
