OnTargetJobs, Inc., a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, is sold to Dice Holdings, Inc. for approximately $50 million.
The firm recently represented OnTargetJobs, Inc., a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, in its sale to Dice Holdings, Inc. OnTargetJobs is a leading company in the healthcare, hospitality and life sciences online recruiting space. The transaction was valued at approximately $50 million. As part of the transaction, OnTargetJobs separated and spun off to its existing shareholders the previously owned local online recruiting business known as RegionalHelpWanted.
The transaction was handled by partners Thomas Mark, Hillel Jacobson and Jordan Messinger and associates Manual Miranda, Tej Prakash, Tristan Freeman, Jennifer Schanes, Kathryn Allen, Matthew Movafaghi, Rose Ohanesian and Mia Ellis.
