Mr. Cosenza to lead 39-member Committee of The New York City Bar Association.
The New York City Bar Association has appointed litigation partner Todd G. Cosenza to serve as Chair of its Securities Litigation Committee. The diverse 39-member Committee is comprised of securities practitioners from both the plaintiff and defense perspective, corporate counsel, academics, and representatives from regulatory agencies. Among the City Bar’s most active committees, the Securities Litigation Committee sponsors a variety of programs and events throughout the year, including the 2nd Annual Securities Litigation & Enforcement Institute to be held at the City Bar on November 12. The Committee also publishes a number of reports on recent trends and other issues of significant interest to securities practitioners. Mr. Cosenza will serve a three-year term as Chair.
