Willkie is pleased to announced that U.K. solicitor Graham Lane has joined the firm as a partner in the London office, effective September 2013. He will practice in Willkie’s Business Reorganization and Restructuring Department and oversee the development of a complementary London-based practice group as the department expands its global capabilities in response to increasing client demand for its diverse service offerings.
Mr. Lane, who is highly regarded in the U.K. restructuring market, represents a range of stakeholders in all types of restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular focus on complex cross-border situations. He is also known for his broad experience in the French market.
The addition of Mr. Lane broadens the scope of international services the firm offers to multinational clients.
