Global private equity firm TA Associates completes investment in Onlineprinters, one of Europe’s largest web-to-print providers.
On March 20, Willkie client TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, announced it has completed an investment in Onlineprinters GmbH, one of Europe’s largest web-to-print providers. Founded in 2004, the company also operates under the brand DieDruckerei, offering cost-efficient, on-demand printing of marketing materials primarily for small- and medium-size businesses and marketing agencies. Headquartered in Neustadt an der Aisch, Germany, the company serves 30 countries across Europe.
The multidisciplinary Willkie team was led by partner Mario Schmidt and included partner Dr. Patrick Meiisel; national partners Jan Wilms and Rolf Huenermann and associates Dr. Axel Wahl, Wolfgang Münchow, Jochen Riechwald, Jennifer Diedrichsen, Mario Bammann and Daniel Zakrzewski.
