Latest transaction increases the size of the company’s bonds loan to an aggregate €480 million.

Global chemical company Arkema recently announced a €250 million bonds issue to be assimilated with an existing €230 million bonds issue announced last April. This increases the size of the company’s bonds loan to an aggregate €480 million. The loan, with an April 2020 maturity and a 3.85% annual coupon, enables Arkema to further benefit from the favorable market conditions. The bonds were issued and listed on Euronext Paris on October 9, 2012. Arkema is France’s leading chemicals producer. The deal was handled by national partner Julien Mougel and associates Michaël Armandou and Farah El-Bsat.
