Paris restructuring group honored for advising on nine major matters with a combined value of almost €4.7 billion.
Magazine des Affaires, a leading French business publication, recently ranked the firm’s Paris office number one in the category of "Restructuring LBO" in France. The ranking is based on total deal value (by amount of debt). Specifically, the Paris restructuring group is honored for advising on nine major matters with a combined value of almost €4.7 billion. The Paris office is profiled for its strength in coordinating all of the complex restructuring as well as corporate elements of any given matter. Partners Alexandra Bigot and Maurice Lantourne are lauded for their leadership on restructuring matters and corporate partners Annette Péron and Eduardo Fernandez are recognized for their respective roles handling major reorganization matters, including distressed LBOs. Partner Laurent Faugérolas is also noted for his involvement on restructuring matters involving publicly listed companies.
