Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. closes initial public offering of 15,000,000 units, generating gross proceeds of $120,000,000.

On March 8, Willkie client Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. closed its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units, each unit consisting of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. The offering generated gross proceeds to Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. of $120,000,000. CRT Capital Group LLC acted as lead bookrunning manager for the offering. Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering. Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. is a recently organized blank check company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination, an operating business in the healthcare industry.
